These Terms govern use of the Think Loud Battle Board, operated by Think Loud Studios LLC. By using the platform you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and authorized to act for any agency or creator you represent.
Approval
Access requires approval by Think Loud. We may approve, reject, suspend, or remove any partner at our sole discretion, at any time, without notice.
Battle commitments
By claiming or requesting a battle you confirm your creator will be live at the scheduled time and follow the agreed terms, including powerups, style, and 18+ settings. Repeated no shows, late cancellations, or misrepresented diamond expectations may result in suspension.
Cancellations
Think Loud may cancel or reschedule any battle. Partners should notify Think Loud as early as possible if they need to cancel.
Conduct
All participants must follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and applicable law. No harassment, hate speech, explicit content outside properly flagged 18+ battles, fraud, or manipulation of gifting.
No guarantees
Diamond figures are estimates only. Think Loud does not guarantee any gifting, earnings, views, or results.
Independence
Think Loud is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of TikTok. Partners are independent and are not agents or employees of Think Loud.
Platform availability
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Think Loud is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost earnings, or account actions taken by TikTok. Our total liability will not exceed $100.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Think Loud against claims arising from your or your creators' conduct.

Governing law
Pennsylvania law governs these Terms, with venue in York County, Pennsylvania.
Changes
We may update these Terms and will post the new date on this page. Continued use means acceptance.
